Wood Products
Larger View Beauty Bark Fine : Fir bark, fresh double grind tree bark, reddish brown to dark orange in color. Acts as a natural weed barrier.

Beauty Bark Medium : Fir bark, fresh single grind tree bark, reddish brown to dark orange in color. Adds a clean finished look to any yard. Once settled, fines will settle to the bottom leaving bigger pieces on top. Also helps to prevent weeds.

Black Bark Mulch Fine :  Lots of uses for this one! This material is similar to the Medium but has been screened down to a finer more uniform size.  Fine bark gives you a highly manicured, clean look.  Our customers also use this product as a soil amendment to aid in soil structure as well as for light top-dressing for freshly seeded lawn areas.  It will help protect from birds and the sun to hold in moisture

Black Bark Mulch Medium : Single grind aged and slightly decomposing bark. Flowers and lawns really pop when this product is used to top dress. Since this product is decomposing it takes less nitrogen from surrounding soils and plants. Helps hold moister in as well as prevents weeds.

Cedar Play Chips : Great for play areas and should be applied at least 6" deep and up to 9" deep under and around playground sets and equipment.  On the Consumer Product Safety Commission website, they recommend at least 9" depth.  These chips are also good for pet areas since cedar acts as a natural flea repellant.

Eco Mulch : Made up of mixed bark and wood. This ground cover is a cost effective way to conserve moisture, improve soil health and reduce weed growth.

Top-Dress Blend : A premium blend of 65% cow manure, 20% peat moss, 15% sand. This product has been shredded and offers superb consistency and is excellent for top-dressing, patching lawn or as a general gardening amendment. Excellent for plant nutrition and moisture retention.

Garden Blend : 1/3 top soil, 1/3 manure, 1/3 compost - ideal general booster for any place in your garden.  Ideally suited for vegetable and flower gardens as well as raised beds and container gardening.

Soil Amendments

Oly Mountain Fish Compost : Certified Organic this product is virtually odorless. Oly Mountain Fish Compost is created by combining organic compost with fish waste and allowing nature to go to work, taking over two years for the final product. Highly nutritional, this product is great for growing healthy plants, fruits and vegetables.

Skookum Blend : 70% manure, 30% peat moss. Peat moss can hold 20 times its weight in water.  It allows soil aeration and encourages root growth. Combined with cow manure which offers great nutrient value, this blend mixed with existing soil will help to build optimal conditions for strong root and plant growth.

Nitro Booster : 75% Compost 25% Chicken Manure. This is the best soil amendment for vegetable gardens. It is nutrient-rich with nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus and will add structure and moisture-retention to your soil.  Use this product as an amendment and mix well into the existing soil.

Cedar Grove Compost : Certified Organic this consists of Pacific Northwest recycled grass clippings, leaves, branches, brush and produce trimmings. This mix provides an ideal habitat for naturally occurring micro-organisms, is essential for mineralization and plant nutrient uptake, and assists in disease suppression.
